Antique 18th C. Chinese Porcelain Export Bowl Underglaze Blue w/Onglaze Enamel
Beautiful hand painted Chinese porcelain punch bowl dating to the late 18th century, Qianlong period. The bowl is hand painted to the interior with a court scene composed of several woman and children. There are smaller reserves on the side done in a burnt orange and all surrounded by an underglaze blue linked pattern. The interior rim with a floral and shell border and repeated linked chain pattern to the everted and unusual rolled rim. The entire exterior of the bowl is unadorned. My theory is that it was destined to become armorial but was never completed. The porcelain is much thinner than most of the export bowls I have handled. The bowl measures 10" x 3.75".
PLEASE NOTE: The bowl has been professionally repaired. I have taken detailed photos and pointed out the repair lines as they are both difficult to see and photograph.

Shipping
is estimated based on item size and weight. Items sold with a value over 0 will be shipped insured when appropriate; the cost incorporated into shipping estimate. An additional .50 is added for shipping material for domestic shipping and .50 for international shipping. Should a shipping overcharge occur, amount of overpayment will be refunded after item is shipped.

All items are measured but round items or items of odd shape are measured and approximated without the use of a caliper so there may be .25" variance +/-.
