  • Condition: Fair/poor antique condition, spots of glaze/gilt loss and flaking, crazing to tureen base (visible both inside the tureen and on its underside), small chips to foot and side of tureen, some crazing to lid underside, a very fine hairline crack running through lid (mainly visible on lid underside, approx. 4"l), areas of slight separation between tureen lid and knob, and tureen body and one handle - see pictures. All imperfections commensurate with age and wear.

    An antique Chinese porcelain famille rose medallion covered tureen. Pattern primarily features bright pinks and greens offset with gold gilt detailing. Includes figural scenes interspersed with birds and flowers. Measures approx. 6.25"h (incl. lid) x 8"l (incl. handles) x 5.75"w. Fair/poor antique condition, spots of glaze/gilt loss and flaking, crazing to tureen base (visible both inside the tureen and on its underside), small chips to foot and side of tureen, some crazing to lid underside, a very fine hairline crack running through lid (mainly visible on lid underside, approx. 4"l), and areas of slight separation between tureen lid and knob, and tureen body and one handle - see pictures.
