    An antique Chinese porcelain famille rose covered tureen. Pattern features bright blues, pinks, greens, and oranges offset with rich gold gilt detailing. Finely painted figural scenes interspersed with delicate details of birds, butterflies, and flowers. Measures approx. 4.75"h (incl. lid) x 12"l (incl. handles) x 8"w. Fair antique condition, with spots of glaze/gilt loss and flaking, areas of roughness (possibly some small shallow chips) to and around rims, some shallow chips to the tureen lid, and a break repair to the tureen lid (which resulted in a hairline crack approx. 1"l, visible on the tureen lid underside) - see pictures.
