PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards directly, Paypal, wire transfers, and cleared company checks.
Please contact us to arrange payment within 5 business days of auction close, or we reserve the right to open a non-paying bidder dispute and re-list the item.
We charge 5.75% sales tax for Washington DC customers.
SHIPPING
Most items ship within 1-3 business days after payment. Upgraded shipping is usually available for an extra charge.
For new customers, we ship to credit card billing and Paypal confirmed addresses only. We're sorry, we do not ship to international customers.
RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in the auction terms, all items are guaranteed to be materially as described and not DOA. With the exception of items sold 'as-is', you may return any defective item to BTN Systems for a full refund within 7 business days of receiving the item with prior approval, less any shipping and handling costs.
All returns require an RMA number.  Any non-defective items or items returned without an RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
