    Description

    This vintage Masonic penny (or token) is from the Anderson Chapter No. 52 R. A. M. in Anderson, Indiana.  The obverse identifies the chapter, and the reverse has the
    words
    ONE PENNY
    plus images of a chisel, mallet, and large keystone.  The center of the keystone is engraved with the brother's 'mark' - initials appearing to be
    PTW
    .  The diameter i
    s approximately 32 mm (1-1/4"), and the composition is copper.
    This Masonic penny is in very good condition, with signs of handling, toning, and soiling, and it is bright.
    The illustrations in this listing are photos of the actual item being offered for sale, serving as part of the description.  NOTE:  The actual item has more a better copper color and is brighter than evident in the photos.  Also, the 'mark' is clearer on the actual token.
