It is pre-routed for different setups - three single coil pickup (SSS) design or Fat Strat Humbucker (HSS) design.
You could also set up an HSH or SSH without body modifications.
Depending on the lot and the manufacturing plant, the rout / screw holes, etc. may vary but those configurations will be available.
Condition
:
This is the body from a brand new Fender Squier Stratocaster.
It has had all of the hardware removed.
It does not come in retail packaging.
The bodies that I sell are from brand new guitars that are parted out.
Sometimes there is an extra screw hole, or slightly different routing or coloring in the rout, etc. from different manufacturing plants that Fender uses.
Sometimes even the shade or hue of the color will be slightly different from lot to lot.
The end result will be the same but the body may not look exactly like the one in the photo.
The extra hole (in some versions) behind the neck pocket is from the manufacturing process.
It will be hidden behind the neck plate.
The body is in brand new condition.
