FnB Customs Stratocaster Style 1 Piece Maple Body Nitro Relic in Vintage White

Tone Monster 1 piece maple nitro relic. Yes we ran across this hellaytious board at an estate sale. And there's only one body left from this piece. This is a 1962 spec CNC cut body (see pics before the relic process started) which weighs in at 5.09 lbs., full 1 3/4 thickness. I stain the bodies first like Fnder used to do in a nice amber, then I clear that and sand. Then I apply the nitro and clear. Then I wet sand and relic. It comes complete with a darkened back cavity and belt buckle (cowboy) scratches. Plenty of wear where it sits on your leg and where the strap wears off the paint. It's painted in vintage white but I add my one trade secret to get it to change colors hear and there for aging. I've sold 37 of these folks and I've never done white because I thought it'd be too plain and boring. But wow was I wrong. This things gorgeous, way pretty than the photos can show and I hate to brag. I'm showing it with pickguards and neck so you can see the fitment and maybe some color combinations. The neck pocket measures 2.16 wide and 5/8" deep. Now for you first time builders please know that if you have a neck that already has mounting holes in it, those holes may not line up. If that happens just plug them with Duhrams and redrill. Not difficult just takes balls. Then if your neck is too wide then sand the sides of the neck pocket with sand paper backed by something stiff and straight so you sand a straight line and be careful with that. Or sand your neck but don't ask for a return because "my neck don't fit". OK folks? Go for it and gitturdone. Only the body ships and it does ship in our custom fit strat box.
