    Description:
First thing is scientific testing.  This was tested and certified by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), report number 1196568142.  An official hard copy of this report will come with this bowl.  This report can also be view online at GIA website (https://www.gia.edu/report-check?reportno=1196568142).
    The bowl is
traditionally carved from a large single natural green Chalcedony agate.  GIA lab result show its color is
dyed to give it deep green color of Chinese Imperial green jade.  I've look at every centimeter of this bowl with 10X magnified jewel loupe.  At the small corners and crevices, there's no carving or cut from electric powered tools.  It's traditional carved just like antique jade carving.
This is a marriage bowl with horned dragons handles and chilong dragons contesting for the flaming pearl on the body.  There's some natural inclusions as shown on photos.
