This small circular shield is extremely tough and will protect against violent impact shock and puncture attacks.
The shield is fully transparent and extremely lightweight, making it easy to see and evade incoming projectiles or block hand attacks in defensive manoeuvring
. Because the shield is smaller & lighter than full sized rectangular models, it makes for a perfect aggressive skirmishing shield. This is because the shield can be manoeuvred quickly to any part of the body for protection, and as a bonus the shield can be used very
aggressively against opponents, almost as a secondary weapon.
Should the user be targeted with a full scale projectile attack, it is possible to protect the entire body in a full tucked crouching body position.
