USA made, CNC'd, replacement or project Voyager style 6 string guitar body. Made in the USA, this body is made of Basswood with a lochness green paint with clear smooth automotive finish, professionally buffed out.

Neck Pocket................ To fit classic Japanese spec, 24 fret, 56mm, all access neck joint Ibanez RG necks. These neck pockets are purposely on the tight side to allow for proper fitting, if your neck is over 56mm, it may require fitting. If your neck is Korean, Chinese, or Indonesian, there is a chance that the bolt pattern may not match. The neck bolt pattern will fit Japanese spec necks. If you have a 58 mm neck, it will require fitting (sanding) to get a good fit.

All wiring holes are pre-drilled.
Included and installed are free matte black cavity covers.
No strap button holes are drilled to allow for the buyer to custom fit their own strap buttons.

This LNG body has a unique proprietary finish. Using Day Glo pigments, the color is close to the original LNG Jems. The original guitars are now 30+ years old and have a polyester finish that no matter how it was stored (even in a case with zero light exposure), will yellow and will develop a patina. All polyester finishes mature over time, there is no way around it.  No matter how hard collectors will delude themselves over "mint" specimens, and what the "correct" color is, the color on the factory neon guitars will never be the same as when they were first purchased off the showroom floor in the 80s.  Our LNG color is an excellent, modern choice, with a non-yellowing urethane based finish that will delight lovers of bright colored, LNG guitars. However, the finish of these guitar bodies and the original bodies will be different. If you require an exact match to your old JEM, this body is not for you.
