STRAT for Hardtail Bridge,(no tremolo)
All our bodies are precision made in our Tennessee, USA shop. You can be well assured that all Henault Custom bodies are routed and aligned perfectly. This is a (2) piece body. This is a standard 1 3/4" Unfinished Fender '62' vintage Stratocaster style solid body. The only difference from the '62' model is that we make the pickup routes deeper so you can use the more modern pickups as well as the vintage. This is southern yellow pine. This is the hardest and most stable of all the pines and they make excellent bodies. Nicely colored natural
tinted
grain on this body if you want to stain or put only clear topcoats. When finishing, grain filler is optional but recommended for a smooth mirror like finish. This body weighs in at 4 lbs 11 oz. Accepts all of the standard and vintage Stratocaster hardware including the standard style vintage neck. NOTE: This is for a standard Fender hardtail bridge, (without tremolo), but others will fit with a 2 1/16" (52.5mm) string spacing.  All you have to do is lineup the string holes in the bridge with the holes in the body and mark and drill your mounting holes. The bridges come in 3, 4, or 5 mounting hole format depending on what make you have or get. It is sanded to 150 grit.  You can pay a lot more but you will not get a better body.
