    This is a 16 page comic book that tells the true story of Smokey Bear - how he was rescued by firefighters, in the Lincoln National Forest in NM, when it was set accidentally set on fire by a careless person. After Smokey is rescued and healed, he becomes the symbol for forest fire prevention. This book is in great condition - no marks, no tears, no stains.
